As a New York State licensed psychologist I offer individual and couples' psychotherapy, counseling, support, and guidance for adults struggling with a variety of life problems.
In a safe and supportive environment, I invite you to explore, help understand and alleviate your personal struggles. While working within a wide range of issues, I have special expertise in (transgenerational) trauma, issues related to 'otherness', stigma, sex, unconventional sexualities, and LGBTQ issues.
I am a psychoanalyst, trained at the William Alanson White Institute, NY, and I have a PhD from Germany (2008). My background is in clinical psychology, psychoanalysis and the social sciences. I provide psychotherapy and psychoanalysis in English, German (and French).
My office is located in the heart of Chelsea in Manhattan, between the C, E and 1 trains and close to Penn Station.
